Points for attention in workshop layout and equipment installation
• The equipment and other devices installed adjacent to the centrifuge should have enough space for use [Open space should be considered for large clamshell models] and maintenance space;
• The steel structure or concrete foundation shall be set in advance according to the size of the lower discharge centrifuge, and the height shall be determined by the user based on feeding method;
• The distance between the operating platform and the equipment should be no less than 5cm to prevent the equipment from abnormal vibration so that affe cting the safety of the platform;
• The electrical control cabinet should be placed in a low-temperature, dry, ventilated and non-cor-rosive space. It is recommended to set up an independent electric control room.
• All pipelines connected to the centrifuge must be soft-connected and the connections must be securely sealed or insulated.The feed tube should be as short as possible to avoid blockage.Hy-draulic tubing as short as possible to reduce pressure loss;
• The diameter of the external outlet pipe shall not be smaller than the diameter of the machine outlet pipe, and no sharp bend blockage, etc.The linked temporary storage tank shall be provided with an air outlet to keep the pressure balanced.The pipe layout should be lower than the height of the outlet pipe, and there should be a certain height difference, so that the fluid can flow smoothly;
• The air source pressure should be no less than 8Kg. and equipped with a special air storagecylinder;
• The solid, gas, liquid and electric pipes shall be arranged in place by electrical and mechanical technicians based on the electrical control schematic diagram, system configuration and wiring diagram of the centrifuge.
