The bag-out centrifuge complies with GMP hygiene standards. It is suitable for filtering and centrifuging suspensions containing solid particles ≥0.01 mm, and is particularly suitable for processing toxic or flammable materials. It is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and light industrial. Applications include: gypsum, thiamine, Glauber's salt, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, potassium chloride, acetic acid, borax, soda ash, rubber additives, dyes, plastic raw materials, soap, fats and oils, various resins, salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch sugar, vitamins, antibiotics, herbicides, insecticides, and dehydration of mineral powders such as copper, zinc, and aluminum.

Its structural design is rational, effectively eliminating hygiene dead zones. Components feature smooth transitions and polished surfaces, with external structural parts, fasteners, and the drum made of stainless steel. The clam-shell housing allows thorough cleaning of the interlayer space between the centrifuge housing and the drum.

The housing cover is equipped with a feed pipe, rinse pipe, sight glass, and lighting port.

It is equipped with a CIP (Cleaning-In-Place) system that cleans hard-to-see internal parts of the centrifuge, such as the inner wall of the housing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the liquid collection tank. This ensures cleanliness requirements are met and complies with GMP standards.

The centrifuge features a simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain.

It offers strong versatility and a wide range of applications. It can be used for separating suspensions containing granular solid phases and fibrous materials.

It can be started by a frequency converter for smooth starts, with an adjustable separation factor. It includes a non-contact energy consumption braking system, an anti-static belt drive, and a fully enclosed body structure. Seals are made of silicone rubber or fluoro rubber, enabling it to meet sealed explosion-proof requirements, making it suitable for toxic, flammable, and explosive environments.
