How to install a medical centrifuge? For those new to medical centrifuges, the installation process is crucial.

(1) Power Supply Voltage: Voltage fluctuations must be within +10% of the national standard; otherwise, some centrifuges will not operate properly. If voltage fluctuations exceed this, a voltage regulator is recommended to ensure proper power supply.

(2) Secure Grounding: The wiring of the room's power supply must meet requirements. my country uses a three-phase four-wire system. Three-phase refers to industrial electricity. When using three-phase electricity, the neutral and ground wires must be separated. More importantly, regardless of whether it's three-phase industrial electricity or general single-phase electricity, the ground wire must be reliable to prevent leakage. The ground wire should not be connected to heating pipes or water pipes.

(3) Level and Secure Ground: For large centrifuges, the floor must be secure when moving the centrifuge at the installation location to ensure the rotor operates normally and does not sink. The ground at the installation location should be level and secure. (4) Find the level: Find a relatively accurate small level. Open the centrifuge cover and find the level on the main shaft. Find the level by adjusting the adjusting bolts next to the four casters. Note that one of the casters should not be off the ground.
