The use environment of centrifuge has higher requirements for explosion-proof, and we have achieved significant results in this field.

It is divided into two categories: "passive explosion-proof" and "active explosion-proof".

Reduce the risk of flammable and explosive events during the separation process, such as:

For fully enclosed operation of centrifuge
Reduce the amount of flammable and explosive substances generated by separation (improve equipment structure, optimize operation procedures)
Reduce the concentration of flammable and explosive substances during separation (patented technology: cyclone "dao" mouth)
Inject inert gas to improve the flammable and explosive environment (nitrogen filling protection system)
Active explosion-proof cabinet
When ordering and selecting models, the physical and chemical properties of the separated materials, the environment and the explosion-proof requirements of the equipment should be specified in detail, so that corresponding solutions can be taken to meet the safety (explosion-proof) requirements.
