Points for attention in workshop layout and equipment installation
- The equipment and other devices installed adjacent to the centrifuge should have enough space for use (open space should be considered for large clamshell models) and maintenance space;
- The steel structure or concrete foundation shall be set in advance according to the size of the lower discharge centrifuge, and the height shall be determined by the user based on feeding method;
- The distance between the operating platform and the equipment should be no less than 5cm to prevent abnormal vibration from affecting the safety of the platform;
- The electrical control cabinet should be placed in a low-temperature, dry, ventilated and non-corrosive space. It is recommended to set up an independent electric control room;
- A control operation box should be installed beside the on-site main machine for convenient operation;
- All pipelines connected to the centrifuge must be soft-connected and the connections must be securely sealed or insulated. The feed tube should be as short as possible to avoid blockage. Hydraulic tubing should be as short as possible to reduce pressure loss;
- The diameter of the external outlet pipe shall not be smaller than the diameter of the machine outlet pipe, and there shall be no sharp bend or blockage. The linked temporary storage tank shall be provided with an air outlet to keep the pressure balanced. The pipe layout should be lower than the height of the outlet pipe with a certain height difference for smooth fluid flow;
- The air source pressure should be no less than 8Kg, and equipped with a special air storage cylinder;
- The solid, gas, liquid and electric pipes shall be arranged in place by electrical and mechanical technicians based on the electrical control schematic diagram, system configuration and wiring diagram of the centrifuge.
